I have been branded
a cranky malcontent
a troublemaker
and a grinch
someone who just refuses
to give in an inch
It's really quite simple
I hear them say
just shut the hell up
and do it my way!
But life is too short
and ugly and unfair
so I'd rather just give them
a steely eyed glare
